Perfect for relaxation and reducing stress. Light to medium pressure will be used in flowing motions to enhance circulation and calm the mind.

Combination Massage

This massage is perfect if you want a little firmer pressure for your massage. Enjoy a deeper pressure, to penetrate your tired muscles, while relaxing in flowing and calming massage strokes. Medium to firm pressure will be used to target areas of your body that feel tense.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

A theraputic massage session. Perfect for those who are sore from muscle fatigue or overuse. Alleviate stiffness when firmer pressure is needed for deeper work. Customizable for my clients

Aromatherapy Energy Balancing Massage

We will discuss and create a blend of essential oils to balance your energy and enrich your massage session. This session is excellent if you need extra help to calm the mind, balancing your energy centers. The massage that follows will be to further relax your mind, body, and spirit. You will get a blend of the essential oils to take home with you.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual drainage of lymph fluids into your lymph nodes so that it can be expelled from your body. This treatment helps to reduce swelling and remove excess toxins from your tissues that cause pain and discomfort. Helpful for those living with edema and Fibromyalgia. Treatment relaxes the nervous system and helps those with anxiety.

Prenatal Massage

This massage is for those in their second and third trimesters ONLY. Gentle to medium pressure will be used to soothe sore areas due to your changing body. Light myofascial work will also be used to help prevent stretch marks on your belly.

Couples Massage

Choose from relaxation, combo, or deep tissue for your couple's massage. No other modalities are available for this massage. Choose between 60-minute or 90-minute sessions. Must schedule 1-2 days in advance and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied to the massage fee at the time of check-out. Couples Massage Deposit Policy: This is a non-refundable deposit to secure your couples massage appointment only. This deposit will be applied to the couples massage it was booked for. This deposit will not be refunded should you cancel or reschedule your couples appointment. If you need to reschedule your couples appointment, a new deposit is required. You may not use this deposit for a different couples appointment if you need to reschedule.
